So it’s that man again taking the Rider of the Month, Frank Proud, partly due to his epic ride in the Transcontinental, which we look forward to hearing all about in due course. This was no surprise as he clocked up over 2000k just in the month of August, Ian McNally came a surprising second with him only completing Hillingdon in the month of August but putting in some long rides in the month. Rob Bennett looks like he has found his mojo again after being away most of the summer, maybe he is the one to watch in September?
