August was awesome with Frank completing the TCR and winning the “black jersey” , the final Hillingdon 10 taking place with a bumper crowd, as well as the normal round of TTs, and continually improving Virtual Race and Virtual TT performances. Club ride numbers have also been rising in popularity so that we have been able to run with two groups.

September now upon us, we have another packed programme of events including club rides and socials:

• Sunday 4th September – West London Combine TT and ride out to Great Missenden early
• Sunday 11th September – 80km Chipperfield circus route
• Thursday 15th – social drinks at ‘spoons’ – starting the discussion about what we want to do next year…Just turn up from 6:30 at the Balcon in Ealing
• Sunday 18th September – Westerley Whitedown 107km to the Surrey Hills
• Sunday 25th September – Winchmore winding around 76km

Looking forwards we have the Hill climb and two up in October, more discussions about what people want to do next year over a pint, and a club social at the end of November.

On the virtual cycling front we are close to having enough for two teams in the Time Trials which work well as off season over and under training. Do let Andy know if you are interested.
