Club 10

On Sunday 3^rd April, the Westerley have the first club 10 of the season, this will be over on the H10/10 course in Fifield, this is a testing course and one that is used for the interclub 25 for later in the season. The course can be found on the CTT website Cycling Time Trials: Course Code: H10/10

We will be meeting at the Lake View Café at Royal Berkshire Fishery, this can be found https://goo.gl/maps/RRUKSSNo4xBvb7p76 so you can enjoy a nice coffee once you have finished, while the time keeper gets the final times together. If you would like to ride this and are not a Westerley member that is ok as this will be charged at £5 on the day, this is free to club members.

Hillingdon

Hillingdon is back for 2022, now we can forget all the virtual stuff and get on the roads again!!! This year the series will consist of 11 events, the first 2 will be for club members only, then the public places will be available. All entries will be done via RiderHQ – Events List and close the Friday before the event, there will be a reserve list should these sell out, but no places will be available on the night. We anticipate that all the events will sell out so get your entries in early. As with the last series we have both club and public competitions with the best of 6 events for the public and best of 8 for the club, this has been a very closely run competition in the last few years with several different winners. Over the last year we saw several of the records go with the next generation of riders really showing what they can do with Poppy Mitchell, Mark Leung and James Ashcroft all setting new Westerley track records, the most notable was James who not only broke the Junior one but also took the track record in the process, no mean feat as this had stood since 2017, when Robert Moore broke Lawrence Carpenters 2014 record.
